What you get

Order status messages from Sprankle's Butcher Shop: a message with a link to your cut sheet when you book, a message when we receive your order, a message when it is ready for pickup, and one reminder if it is still waiting a few days later. No marketing, ever.

The ready for pickup message may also include a link to pay your balance ahead of pickup. That is still one of the four messages above and not a fifth: the link is for your own order, it is not an advertisement, and you can pay at the counter instead.

If you text this number, someone at the shop reads it and may text you back. We never start a text conversation: we only answer one you started.

A reminder reads exactly like this:

Sprankle's: order #1046 is still waiting for pickup. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.

Signing up

Texts are optional. You opt in by checking the box on our booking form or on the cut sheet you fill out at drop-off. You never have to agree to texts to place an order or to use any part of our service.

If you book by phone and we are taking text sign-ups over the phone, our receptionist can read you this same offer out loud and take your spoken yes as your consent. What you say becomes the record. You never have to agree to texts to book a drop-off over the phone either.

Frequency and cost

Message frequency varies and depends on your order. Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for the messages.

Stopping them

Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help, call us at (814) 686-7994, or email spranklesbutchershopllc@gmail.com. Opting out does not affect your order, and we will call you when it is ready instead.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
